Healthy Cookies/ Energy Nuggets
- 2 Cups of Oats
- 1 Cup of Sunflower Seeds
- 1 Cup of Chocolate Chips (can substitute raisins)
- 1 Cup of Tahini
- 1 Cup of Maple Syrup or 3/4 Cup of Honey
- 1 tsp of Vanilla (not a necessary ingredient)
- 1/2 tsp of Sea Salt
Preheat Oven to 350, oil 2 cookie sheets with Coconut Oil, Mix ingredients well, form nice size cookies, place on cookie sheet, and bake for 20-30 minutes or until slightly brown. Take them out, let them cool and enjoy!
